Job Title:

Restaurant Deep Cleaning Specialist & Dishwasher We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our restaurant throughout every shift. This position is responsible for keeping the kitchen, dining area, exterior grounds, and dishwashing area clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.

Responsibilities:

Continuously clean and maintain the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, entrance, and exterior grounds Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dishwashing station clean and organized Sweep and mop floors throughout the restaurant Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, walls, doors, and other surfaces Empty garbage throughout the restaurant and replace liners as needed Thoroughly clean and sanitize indoor and outdoor garbage bins Complete a weekly deep cleaning of the entire kitchen and cooking line Deep-clean underneath and behind kitchen equipment and workstations Remove grease, food buildup, and debris from floors, walls, drains, shelving, and equipment surfaces Clean refrigerators, storage areas, and other assigned spaces Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when products need to be reordered Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists Immediately clean spills and address safety hazards Assist with other cleaning and maintenance duties as requested by management

Requirements:

Previous restaurant cleaning or dishwashing experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workplace Dependable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Able to bend, reach, lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled The right candidate understands that cleanliness is an ongoing responsibility—not just an end-of-shift task. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the restaurant's cleanliness and keeps every assigned area clean, safe, and ready for our guests and team.

Pay:
