• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers, employees, and visitors. This role requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently.

• Duties:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, corridors, restrooms, and common areas
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks as needed
• Conduct floor care duties, including buffing and polishing
• Assist with residential painting projects as required
• Participate in facilities maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of equipment and furniture
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and free of debris
• Maintain the appearance of the facility through cleaning, dusting, and polishing
• Perform porter duties, including moving furniture and equipment
• Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction

• Experience:

• Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance is preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects and equipment
• Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
