We work across Broward and Palm Beach counties, and we're looking for insured cleaning businesses that already work in one of these areas:

Broward:

Parkland, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Weston, Cooper City, Davie, Plantation Palm Beach:

Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens You tell us which of these you cover. Nobody drives the whole map. You take work in your own part of it, and most of it is the same homes on the same days. What we bring. The customer, the booking, the schedule, the payment and the customer service.

You never pay us anything:

no fee, no subscription, no lead cost. What you keep. 55% of every job, as a flat price you see before you accept: Standard clean: $102

Paid weekly by direct deposit. What this is not. This is not employment. No hourly rate, no schedule set by us, no exclusivity. You keep your own business, customers, supplies and hours. We don't tell you how to clean; we tell you what the finished home has to look like, with a written checklist and before-and-after photos. Requirements Commercial general liability insurance, at least $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate. Before your first job we'll ask for a certificate naming Sapphire Home Services LLC as an additional insured. Your own business, LLC or sole proprietor Your own transportation and supplies A background check before the first job Sapphire Home Services LLC also carries its own general liability insurance. We'd rather have a few cleaning businesses we trust in each area than a long list we don't.
