Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure health and safety standards are met or exceeded Perform detailed floor cleaning and floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of all surfaces Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest use Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper manual handling techniques during heavy lifting or moving furniture Dust surfaces, clean windows, mirrors, appliances, and fixtures to achieve a pristine environment Communicate professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning requests or concerns to enhance customer satisfaction Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning services with a strong understanding of janitorial and custodial procedures Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and floor buffers Knowledge of cleaning detergents and sanitization products along with proper application techniques Hands-on experience in outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining outdoor spaces or patios Strong time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes Prior housekeeping management or custodial experience is advantageous for handling multiple properties seamlessly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their needs and expectations Join us in delivering outstanding cleanliness that elevates every guest's stay!
