In this role, you will provide exceptional cleaning services to private homes, ensuring each residence is spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Your proactive approach and dedication to quality will help create comfortable living environments for our clients. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high hygiene standards throughout the home Use various cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to enhance the home's appearance Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning using appropriate tools Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or patios when required Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and feedback collection Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the day Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, healthy homes!
