Our team is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our property management team. We manage both vacation rentals and long-term rental properties throughout the area and are looking for someone who takes pride in leaving a property truly clean, fresh, and ready for the next guest or resident. This is an hourly, part-time position with hours that may vary from week to week based on rental turnovers and property needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning vacation rental properties between guest stays Performing move-in and move-out cleans for long-term rental properties Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors Dusting and wiping down surfaces, baseboards and fixtures Cleaning appliances, cabinets and other areas as needed for move-out cleans Making sure each property is clean, presentable and ready for the next guest or resident Reporting damages, maintenance concerns or missing items to our property management team Communicating with our office regarding completed cleans and any issues found at the property

What We're Looking For:

Previous professional cleaning experience Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness Dependable and able to work independently Good communication skills Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between properties Good professional references Ability to manage time well and complete cleans within scheduled timeframes Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on rental turnover needs Experience cleaning vacation rentals, Airbnbs/VRBOs, hotels, or move-out properties is a plus.

Position Details:

Part-time Hourly pay Hours will vary depending on property turnover and cleaning needs Properties are located primarily in the Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island and Yulee areas We're looking for someone who understands that in the rental business, cleanliness matters . Our cleaners are an important part of the experience we provide to our guests, residents and property owners.
