Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides cleaning services to office areas, public areas and restrooms by mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning and dusting Validates toilet paper, soap and paper towel are stocked in restrooms Ensures towel and waste baskets are emptied regularly Responds to and follow through on guest requests, concerns and problems Reports all safety hazards or concerns timely Ensures that meeting rooms are cleaned per company standard Communicates daily by utilizing provided radios Performs all other duties as assignedCompetencies:
