Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking applications from seasoned professionals for the exciting role of Spa Receptionist. Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida's vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth. Our Spa receptionist will provide customer service to clients, efficiently run the reception area, and support the spa team in carrying out daily tasks. Guests and locals come to the spa for many different services and are looking for a welcoming and calming environment to relax in.
What You'll Do:
Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the spa, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries, booking appointments, and providing information about services and availability. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facility, ensuring that public areas, reception desk, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable. Familiarize yourself with the products and services offered by the spa, including their features, benefits, and pricing. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. Provide excellent customer service to all guests, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary. Manage appointment schedules efficiently, coordinating with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. Collaborate closely with other spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and managers, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and techniques related to spa services, participating in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
What We're Looking For:
6 months in customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Receptionist, scheduling, and administrative skills. Flexible work schedule. Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
