Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of construction sites, including dust removal, debris disposal, and surface sanitation Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures using appropriate tools such as pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment Handle heavy lifting tasks to move furniture, equipment, or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently Apply chemical solutions carefully for sanitation, floor care, and infection control purposes following safety protocols Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly during all cleaning activities to ensure safety and compliance Conduct detailed cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to remove construction residues and dust buildup Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment used in cleaning operations to ensure optimal performance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally during site visits Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or post-construction environments is highly preferred Hands-on experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with chemical handling and proper use of cleaning agents in accordance with safety standards Knowledge of infection control practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely over extended periods Experience operating various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, pressure washers, and ladders Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in demanding environments Join us in creating spotless spaces that make a lasting impression!
