Duties Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces with precision and care Use hand tools and cleaning equipment effectively for duct cleaning, floor buffing, and detailed surface restoration Follow strict safety protocols by wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), handling manual tools properly, and using fire extinguishers when necessary Perform heavy lifting tasks safely during the setup and movement of cleaning machinery and supplies Conduct outdoor work activities such as ladder use for high-reach cleaning tasks and manual handling of equipment or debris Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance Adhere to industrial cleaning standards and customer specifications while delivering outstanding service Experience Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments preferred, especially with pressure washing or outdoor maintenance tasks Familiarity with the use of hand tools, cleaning equipment, ladders, and safety gear required for outdoor work Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE usage, manual handling techniques, fire extinguisher operation, and ladder safety procedures Experience in duct cleaning or floor buffing is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their specific cleaning needs Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and manual handling while maintaining attention to safety standards Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a visible difference!
