A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Building Maintenance Maintains a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

Cleans the service and customer areas. Mops and cleans service waiting area, offices, technicians' locker room and lunch room, halls, and shop bathroom. Removes all debris from lot. Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees. Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary. Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside. Maintains yard equipment and cleaning supplies. Cleans oil storage tanks according to procedures. Understands and complies with OSHA Right-to-Know and other federal, state, and local regulations. Other duties may be assigned. This position will report directly to the General Manager. Pay:

Up to $25.00 per hour
