Part-Time/Flexible Job Description:

We're a growing cleaning company serving the Gainesville area, including student housing, apartments, and residential properties near UF. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens) Complete move-out/move-in deep cleans for apartments and dorms Follow provided cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality Communicate professionally with clients and management to report any issues

Requirements:

Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Available for flexible scheduling, including some weekends

Pay:

$18-$20 per hour plus tips, based on experience

Schedule:

Flexible, part-time to start with opportunity for more hours as we grow

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 20.0 per week
