Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of post-construction sites, including dust removal, debris disposal, and surface sanitation Clean using appropriate floor care techniques and equipment to restore their shine and safety Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to meet health standards and client specifications Remove construction materials, leftover debris, and trash from the site efficiently and safely Conduct detailed cleaning of windows, fixtures, vents, and hard-to-reach areas for a pristine finish Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good condition and properly stored after use Requirements Previous custodial or janitorial experience, especially in commercial or residential settings Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums and sanitation products Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safety protocols on construction sites Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-have skills include experience with carpet cleaning, housekeeper management, hotel housekeeping, or laundry services This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in creating clean, safe spaces.
