A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Equity Maintenance Group (EMG) is actively seeking a part-time Janitorial to work during the week in Groveland Fl. About EMG EMG is an Orlando based property/facilities maintenance company. Our company seeks to provide environmentally friendly, high caliber property and facilities maintenance at a reasonable price. Candidates should have a proven track record of being reliable, honest and hard working. Janitorial Duties Clean office areas and common spaces. Clean the interior of the warehouse. Clean and sanitize all restrooms. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Dust furniture, fixtures, and accessible surfaces. Wipe down countertops and other touch surfaces. Vacuum carpets and entry mats. Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and restroom fixtures. Mop all hard-surface floors and leave them clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Prior Porter, Custodial, and Janitorial experience required
- Adhere to safety at all times
- Attention to detail
- Must be reliable
Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record and reliable vehicle Must be able to work outside Must be able to pass a background check Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Must be able to lift 50lbs
