DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and cleaning surfaces as assigned. checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Proper use of cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. Use approved cleaning chemicals only with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean. Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants. Move heavy furniture to vacuum/sweep underneath as needed Arrive timely for shift as scheduled and complete all work in allotted time Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained. - Limpie los edificios vaciando la basura, aspirando, barriendo, trapeando y limpiando las superficies según asignado.
- Revisar el uso de los aparatos eléctricos para evitar cualquier clase de peligros.
- Use adecuadamente los productos de limpieza para eliminar las manchas y limpiar las superficies.
- Sólo use productos químicos de limpieza aprobados con el EPP adecuado según sea necesario y deberá cumplir con el SDS (Hojas de Datos de Peligro).
- Limpie ventanas, tabiques de cristal y espejos, usando limpiadores, esponjas y escobillas de gomas adecuadas.
- Sacuda los muebles y friegue las superficies.
- Limpie y de mantenimiento a los baños con trapeadores y desinfectantes apropiados.
- Mueva los muebles pesados cuidadosamente para aspirar / barrer por debajo según sea necesario
- Llegue a tiempo a su turno según su horario y complete todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado
- Identifique y reporte las reparaciones necesarias en el equipo para asegurar que estén bien mantenidos.
