Job Description
Job Summary The Cleaning Staff is responsible for keeping the daycare clean, safe, and organized each day. Duties include serving meals to children, cleaning the oven and kitchen area, cleaning all classrooms and bathrooms, cleaning outdoor areas, taking out the garbage, and making sure the entire daycare is neat, sanitary, and ready for children and staff at all times. Responsibilities Serve breakfast and lunch to children. Clean and sanitize the kitchen and oven. Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment. Clean and disinfect all classrooms daily. Sweep and mop floors. Clean and sanitize all bathrooms. Empty all trash cans and take garbage to the outside dumpster. Clean outdoor play areas and entrances. Wipe down tables, chairs, shelves, and other surfaces. Keep classrooms, hallways, and common areas neat and organized. Ensure the daycare is clean, safe, and ready for children, staff, and visitors each day.
