The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial and environmental services, with a focus on floor care and carpet cleaning. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring that all carpets are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Duties Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and buffing. Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during service visits. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used for each job. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or environmental services is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques, specifically carpet cleaning methods. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Ability to operate carpet cleaning machines and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
