Job Description

Disassemble, clean, sanitize, inspect, and reassemble manufacturing equipment including transfer pumps, filling equipment, piping, hoses, valves, and processing accessories.
  • Perform manual and Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning procedures according to SOPs.
  • Verify all product residue has been removed prior to equipment release.
  • Complete cleaning logs and GMP documentation accurately.
  • Operate pressure washers, foamers, steam cleaners, and other sanitation equipment
  • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment when required
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and inspection-ready production environment.
  • Follow all GMP, FDA, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities as needed. Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or industrial sanitation preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow SOPs and cleaning instructions.
  • Forklift experience is a plus (training available).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and positive work ethic. Lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in wet environments throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and working around industrial processing equipment.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including gloves
