Duties Operate pressure washers safely and effectively to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. Use ladders and scaffolding to access high or hard-to-reach areas for window cleaning and surface maintenance. Perform detailed window cleaning on commercial buildings, utilizing manual handling techniques to ensure streak-free results. Conduct outdoor cleaning tasks that require heavy lifting of equipment, hoses, and debris removal tools. Apply industrial cleaning methods to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, and other stubborn residues from various surfaces. Use fire extinguishers properly during safety drills or emergency situations as part of safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment after each job to ensure safety and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience with ladder use for outdoor work or window cleaning tasks. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to industrial and commercial environments. Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and manual handling equipment safely. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocols. Familiarity with the use of fire extinguishers and basic safety procedures in outdoor maintenance settings. Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Good physical stamina with the ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity over extended periods.
