Job Summary:

We are hiring Janitorial Associates to support the cleanliness and maintenance of a resort property. This is a physically active role primarily performed outdoors.

Important Job Conditions:

Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity) Property does not have elevators ? frequent use of stairs required Physically demanding (walking, lifting, standing for long periods) Weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of exterior and common areas Trash removal and general upkeep Support overall property appearance standards Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable and punctual Able to perform physical labor and use stairs regularly Prior janitorial/cleaning experience preferred (not required)
