Central Florida Pay:

$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and commissions. Cove Window Cleaning is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team! We provide professional residential window cleaning throughout Central Florida, and we take pride in delivering excellent results and outstanding customer service. No window cleaning experience is required. We're willing to train the right person! What You'll Do Clean residential windows inside and outside. Clean window screens, frames, and tracks. Safely use ladders and professional cleaning equipment. Provide friendly, professional service to our customers. Identify potential add-on services and upsell opportunities when appropriate. Pay & Earning Opportunities Hourly pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Review bonus:

Earn $10 for each eligible customer review you help generate, subject to company guidelines and platform policies.

Upsell commission:

Earn 40% commission on eligible upsells you personally generate, based on the company's commission policy.

Growth opportunities:

Potential for additional hours and a transition to full-time as business demand grows and performance expectations are met. Schedule Part-time to start, approximately 15-20 hours per week. Primarily weekdays, with scheduling based on customer appointments and business needs. Opportunity for additional hours What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual.
