Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Women Cleaners and Organizers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards across residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Implement cleaning and sanitation protocols to ensure hygienic environments in accordance with health standards Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools efficiently and safely Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing or linens for clients Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, moving furniture or appliances, and outdoor work when necessary Maintain proper use of cleaning detergents and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines for chemical handling Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service while managing time efficiently to complete tasks promptly Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures is highly desirable Experience with cleaning equipment operation and maintenance is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration are essential Requirements Must be a woman Must have own transportation Must be drug-free Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment Must be available to work in the tri-county area Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, organized spaces that bring comfort and joy to others!
