What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Service Area:
Pinellas County, FL.Pay:
Starting pay is $19- $20 depending upon experience, plus performance bonuses, team rewards, tips from clients, travel pay, mileage reimbursement, and regular evaluations with raise potential!

Team Members Must:
Have their own vehicle in good physical and working condition, a current driver's license and vehicle insurance.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE!
Live within 30 minutes of Largo, FL. Have a phone with data plan & texting/calling capabilities. Be able to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up for 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, lifting 15 lbs. Cleaning experience is appreciated but not necessary, we will thoroughly train the right candidate.- we are scheduling interviews and look forward to meeting you!
