Schedule:

Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work and night jobs as needed to meet client demands. Expect a consistent 40+ hour work week during peak seasons. Job Responsibilities Perform soft washing services using low-pressure techniques and industry-approved chemicals to remove algae, mold, mildew, stains, and debris. Handle exterior cleaning tasks (siding, windows, gutters, etc.) as part of crew operations. Mix, apply, and rinse chemicals safely and effectively while following all safety protocols. Work at heights on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces. Load/unload equipment, maintain job site cleanliness, and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with setup/teardown of equipment and occasional other soft wash/pressure wash duties. Travel to job sites in the Orlando metro area (reliable transportation required). Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on roof washing or soft washing experience (required - we need someone who knows the ropes already). Not afraid of heights - comfortable working on roofs and ladders daily. Proficient with different roof cleaning chemicals, mixes, and application methods (bleach-based solutions, surfactants, etc.). Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to get to our shop and job sites. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in Florida heat/humidity, and stand/climb for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive team attitude. Ability to pass a background check (as a W-2 position). What We Offer Competitive starting pay at $20+/hour based on your experience. Two weeks of paid vacation per year (the week of July 4th and the week of Christmas) - available once you've been with us for 6 months. Opportunities for pay increases as you prove your skills and take on more responsibility. W-2 employment with potential for overtime during busy seasons.
