Job Description

Bell's Organic Maids is seeking a dependable independent contractor or small cleaning business to take over a long standing museum account. This account has been personally services by the owner for over 3 years, and we are looking for someone who is interested in a long term partnership. This is NOT an employee position. We are looking to partner with an independent contractor who operates their own cleaning business or works independently. Account Details Weekly recurring account Every Monday morning Start time 7:00am. (Can be done earlier, but 7:00am would be the latest start time) Approximately 3-5 hours per week (usually takes 4 hours on average) Long term account with established procedures
Location:
Maitland Compensation Flat rate: $115 per weekly service (paid by Bell's Organic Maids upon completion) Responsibilities Cleaning restrooms Emptying trash around the campus & offices Mopping floors Cleaning breakroom General upkeep to maintain a clean environment Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, & soap in restrooms Equipment available onsite: Trash bags Mop Supplies needed for restocking (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) To apply, please send: A brief introduction about yourself or your business Your cleaning experience Confirmation that you're available Monday mornings
