This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses and do not receive employee benefits, guaranteed hours, or guaranteed assignments. We find the customers and handle the business side of every job. Our team manages marketing, customer inquiries, quotes, appointment scheduling, payment collection, customer service, and client communication. You focus on completing the cleaning.

HOW IT WORKS

Once approved and onboarded, you will be added to our job-management system. When a cleaning job becomes available, you will receive a notification containing the job details, including: General location and service area Date and arrival window Type of cleaning Home size and condition details Complete cleaning scope Expected total labor-hours Whether the job requires an individual cleaner or team Parking and access information Supply and equipment expectations Exact flat payout You may review the complete offer and accept or decline the job through the system. Contractors are not required to accept every job offered. If you accept, you arrive within the agreed window, complete the stated cleaning scope, and mark the job complete. Payment is sent after the job has been completed and marked complete in the system. You do not need to find customers, advertise your services, prepare quotes, schedule appointments, collect customer payments, or handle routine customer communication. We handle that administrative work for you.

The $25-$31 hourly range displayed by Indeed is provided only as an estimated hourly conversion so applicants can compare this opportunity with other listings. This position is paid per job, not hourly. Actual compensation is a predetermined flat payout for each accepted job that you can see before accepting.

The flat payout depends on:

Type of service, such as standard, deep, or move-in/move-out cleaning Size and condition of the home Expected total labor required Whether the job is completed individually or by a team Any approved extras or unusual access requirements For example, a job estimated to require four labor-hours would generally have a flat payout equivalent to approximately $100-$124. The exact flat payout is always disclosed before you accept the job. Once the agreed cleaning scope has been completed and the job is marked complete, payment is sent using the agreed payment method. There are no guaranteed hours, assignments, or weekly earnings. You may accept or decline each individual job. If the property's condition or required work is materially different from the information provided, you must contact us before performing additional work so the scope and payout can be reviewed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform accepted residential cleaning jobs professionally and thoroughly Complete the agreed cleaning checklist and scope Arrive within the confirmed arrival window Communicate promptly regarding delays, access problems, damage, or scope concerns Treat customers, homes, belongings, and access information respectfully Complete a final quality check before leaving Report existing or accidental property damage immediately Mark the job complete through the system after finishing Never bring an undisclosed helper or substitute cleaner into a customer's home

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous residential cleaning experience Reliable transportation throughout your selected Miami service area Reliable smartphone and consistent communication Ability to work independently and manage accepted assignments Experience with standard, deep, or move-in/move-out cleaning Ability to provide two recent cleaning or professional references Ability to provide a completed Form W-9 and valid identification before receiving assignments Willingness to complete an authorized background screening if required

SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

Please indicate whether you have your own cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop, and other standard equipment. Supply expectations and any approved reimbursements will be included with the job details before acceptance.
