A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Duties:

Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience required Must have reliable transportation to reach job sites within Miami Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and dining areas Perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and quality Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation Clean windows, mirrors, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust furniture and fixtures Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Experience:
