Independent Contract Cleaner (1099)

Duties Cleaning and resetting units for incoming guests Documentation with pictures and notes Qualifications

• You must have a BTR and Insured
• Proven STR or residential settings
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, proper cleaning products and tools for each surface
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication, verbal and written
• Phone or other device to document photos and communicate with supervisors and property managers through our platform
• Reliable transportation to access multiple job sites independently
• Punctuality is a must
