Handyman Requirements:
No minimum education requirement Valid Drivers' License and access to tranportation Due to the nature of the position will communicate in
English Custodial Duties:
Cleaning of Breakroom and Bathrooms. Mowing, weed wacking and blowing off of outside yard and parking area. Sweeping of shop and cleaning dust collected under and around equipment. Taking full trash bins and dumping in dumpster. Making sure dumpster is full and ready for pickup each week.
Shop Helper Duties:
Stacking and Loading finished cabinetry Cleaning glue overspray off of cabinet parts
Handyman Duties:
Repair of Power Hand Tools (Routers, Sanders) Facilities Maintenance (
Replacing:
light fixtures, Light Bulbs, Power Outlets Ect.) Small Repair Projects Full Time Position Work hours 6 am - 2:30 pm, Overtime is always available.
