Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Installer and become a vital part of delivering comfort and efficiency to our clients. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed safely, accurately, and with exceptional customer service. Duties Install new HVAC systems according to schematics and design specifications Perform system troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC/R equipment, electrical systems, plumbing connections, and mechanical components Diagnose issues using electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters and mechanical troubleshooting techniques to ensure optimal system performance Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to improve efficiency and extend lifespan Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to execute installations accurately Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, thermostats, motors, valves, and electrical wiring while adhering to safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining system functions and maintenance tips to clients after completing installations or repairs Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of mechanical systems repair and HVAC installation processes Service technician experience in HVAC or related fields preferred Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, electrical diagnostics and plumbing connections. Hands-on experience with hand tools, electrical testing devices (such as ohmmeters), and equipment troubleshooting techniques Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics clearly and accurately Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driver certification is a plus EPA certification for handling refrigerants required or obtainable upon hire Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively Willingness to work in various environments requiring physical activity such as lifting heavy equipment and working at heights Bonuses available for quality work.
