Paid Position Summary We are seeking three experienced and dependable Environmental Services / Janitorial Floaters , with one Floater assigned to each of our North, Central, and South service areas . This position provides cleaning coverage at different customer locations based on operational needs, including employee call-outs, vacancies, special assignments, emergencies, and additional coverage. Candidates must have flexible availability for morning, afternoon, evening, and night assignments, seven days per week . This position does not have a fixed daily schedule. Assignments and schedules will be provided by management based on company needs. Responsibilities- Perform general janitorial and environmental services duties at assigned customer locations.
- Provide coverage for employee call-outs, absences, vacancies, and special assignments.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, common areas, breakrooms, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, remove trash, and perform routine cleaning duties.
- Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and customer requirements.
- Properly use cleaning chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Complete assigned duties independently and within the required timeframe.
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors, managers, and other employees.
- Travel to different customer locations within the assigned North, Central, or South service area. Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or environmental services experience required.
- Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel between customer locations.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision .
- Must be dependable, punctual, flexible, and responsive to scheduling communication.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be comfortable working at different types of facilities and locations.
- Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with commercial cleaning.
- Must have the flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekdays, and weekends as needed .
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0- 40.
