What they do

Total Excellence Services, Inc. is seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Event Cleaning Technicians to assist with a large outdoor alumni reunion at Miramar Regional Park. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping public spaces clean, and can provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance. Job ResponsibilitiesBefore the Event Assist with event setup and site preparation Remove litter and debris from event areas Install trash bags in waste receptacles Supply additional trash bags to vendor, food, beverage, and registration areas Help maintain a clean environment during vendor setup During the Event Continuously patrol assigned areas for trash and litter Replace full trash bags throughout the event Keep walkways, seating areas, pavilion areas, and dance floor clean Monitor high-traffic locations and respond quickly to spills or debris Assist with light restroom maintenance, including: Emptying trash Wiping sinks and counters Spot-cleaning floors Replacing trash liners Communicate professionally with event staff and attendees After the Event Perform complete cleanup of the event site Collect and bag all trash Clean vendor, seating, lawn, and pavilion areas Transport bagged trash to designated disposal locations Assist with final walkthrough before leaving the site Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player with good communication skills Previous cleaning or event experience is preferred but not required What We Provide Cleaning supplies and equipment Safety equipment On-site supervisor Paid training before the event Opportunity to work future events with Total Excellence Services What We're Looking For We want team members who: Show up on time Take pride in their work Work well with others Maintain a professional appearance Represent Total Excellence Services with integrity and excellence Dress Code Black pants or shorts (no ripped clothing) Closed-toe, non-slip shoes Company shirt (provided) Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor work Apply Today!
