Full-Time, In-Person Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The employee will be responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of large commercial buildings and public facility areas. Duties include, but are not limited to: Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegate tasks Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching Receive complaints and resolve problems Maintain timekeeping and personnel records Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa Prepare and submit performance reports Remove trash and debris; clean interior sliding glass doors and windows Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, appliances, and cabinets Sweep, vacuum, mop all rooms, terraces, and closets Dust and wipe down hard surfaces, window sills, HVAC vents, and more Remove protective coverings and labels from fixtures and surfaces Perform other janitorial and maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Bilingual:

[English and Spanish] At least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States (required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites (required) Working mobile phone capable of downloading and using work-related apps, including for location reports At least 1 year of supervisory experience (required) Post-construction cleaning experience (required) Window cleaning experience (required) Good verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work Monday-Friday, with some weekends and/or occasional evenings as special projects require Additional Information Employment is contingent on a successful background check after a conditional offer is made. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between project sites during the same day.

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
