A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Fax and email reports to physicians and maintain strong communication with referring offices to support their ongoing needs. Respond promptly and professionally to subpoena requests, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Process medical records invoices accurately and within established timelines. Verify patient information before submitting records to the billing department. Identify and route cases to the appropriate physician based on patient history, referral details, and clinical requirements. Transmit medical records and diagnostic images using secure, HIPAA-compliant methods. Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Upload medical images and reports through Radsource and other designated systems. Accurately upload and maintain reports within patient charts in ADS. Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience handling medical records in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. No Third Party Agencies or Submissions Will Be Accepted.
