Apex Machine Company, a world-wide manufacturer of custom printing and decorating systems located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a Property Custodian. Pay $ 18.00/Hour Plus Great Benefits! Janitorial Job Description Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility.

Typical duties include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning floors.
• Emptying trash and recycling containers.
• Cleaning windows, doors, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Performing basic maintenance and reporting repairs or safety hazards.
• Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Following health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintaining a professional and dependable work attitude.
• Other cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not always required. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Good attention to detail and time-management skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to safely handle cleaning products and equipment.
