Apex Machine Company, a world-wide manufacturer of custom printing and decorating systems located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a Property Custodian. Pay $ 18.00/Hour Plus Great Benefits! Janitorial Job Description Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility.
Typical duties include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning floors.
- Emptying trash and recycling containers.
- Cleaning windows, doors, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies.
- Performing basic maintenance and reporting repairs or safety hazards.
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Following health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintaining a professional and dependable work attitude.
- Other cleaning duties as assigned.
