Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Residential Cleaner to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of residential properties, ensuring that every home meets high standards of sanitation and comfort. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our clients, making their homes feel renewed again. This position offers an opportunity to develop your cleaning skills while providing exceptional service in a rewarding setting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure floors, carpets, and surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper waste disposal Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning preferences and needs Manage janitorial tasks including replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all cleaning tools are in good condition Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Must own a car with insurance.
