If you enjoy working independently and staying active, this job is for you. ⭐ What You'll Do Keep parking lots, sidewalks, flower beds, trash cans, and dumpster areas clean Use PME-provided equipment to maintain property standards Report any issues or needed repairs Follow all health & safety guidelines ⭐ What You MUST Have Valid Florida Driver's License Experience in porter work, landscaping, or groundskeeping Reliable transportation and a cell phone Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Dependability, integrity, and a positive attitude Ability to pass a drug screening (required) ⏰ Schedule Full-time Start times between 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM Must be available weekdays & weekends
