A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Cleaning/ Handyperson Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent 3 months of experience

Duties:

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Assist with basic handyperson tasks as needed (light repairs, maintenance, etc.). Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all areas. Provide support to the team with tasks like organizing, moving items, minor remodeling, or any other requested duties. Position is full time 1900-20.00 hourly
