Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Janitor/Cleaner to help maintain cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment at one of our customer facilities. No prior janitorial or cleaning experience is required — we are willing to train. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and take pride in keeping spaces clean and sanitary, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in assigned areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, auditoriums, and common areas to meet hygiene and safety standards Use floor care tools and equipment (training provided) , including auto scrubbers, to keep floors in excellent condition Support periodic deep cleaning projects, including larger areas and detailed cleaning tasks Assist with basic custodial needs by reporting maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor Ensure proper storage, handling, and use of cleaning supplies and materials Follow all safety procedures and cleaning guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries Qualifications / What We're Looking For No experience required — paid training provided Reliable transportation is required (must be able to consistently arrive on time and as scheduled) Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards Ability to stay organized, manage supplies, and complete tasks efficiently Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift moderate loads as needed Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions and safety rules Why Join Us We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
