We're growing and looking for hardworking people who want to learn a trade and build a career. No experience? No problem. We'll train you on window cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, and water-fed pole systems. What we can't teach is attitude. We're looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and do things right even when nobody's watching. What you'll do Clean windows, pressure wash, and soft wash residential and commercial properties Work in 2-person crews, driving a company truck and running professional equipment Treat every client's property with care and leave it looking spotless Represent the Surf brand with professionalism and a good attitude What we're looking for Reliable, disciplined, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic Able to work outdoors in Florida heat, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable on your feet all day doing physical work Valid driver's license and clean driving record Team player who communicates well with your crew partner and clients What you get Paid training, so you learn a skilled trade from day one [
