We are looking for responsible, active, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cleaning & Event Support Team . This position combines professional cleaning duties with occasional support in preparing, setting up, and reorganizing spaces for events at our clients' facilities. This position requires availability to work primarily overnight shifts, as well as occasional daytime shifts based on operational needs and the event schedule. The position also includes scheduled work on weekends and holidays.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cleaner & Event Support Associate , you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' facilities according to VHR LLC's established cleaning and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, floors, common areas, restaurants, bars, kitchens, and other assigned areas. Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and operating floor-cleaning equipment as required. Properly removing and disposing of trash and waste materials. Keeping cleaning rooms and storage areas clean and organized. Restocking paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed. Informing the supervisor when chemicals, supplies, or materials need to be replenished. Cleaning surfaces, furniture, doors, glass, light fixtures, and other assigned areas. Performing cleaning tasks in elevated areas using appropriate equipment and safety procedures. Keeping cleaning equipment clean and in good working condition. Operating washers and dryers when assigned duties require it. Immediately reporting any damage, broken equipment, unsafe conditions, or irregularities found within the facility. Following VHR LLC procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and applicable safety information.

EVENT SUPPORT & FURNITURE MOVING

An important part of this position is providing support when the club hosts events or requires spaces to be rearranged.

Tasks may include:

Moving tables, chairs, and other furniture. Preparing and rearranging rooms before and after events. Assisting with furniture setup and breakdown. Transporting materials and equipment throughout the facility. Pushing, pulling, lifting, and relocating items related to club operations. Working with other team members to safely move heavy or bulky items. Returning spaces to their standard layout after events.

PHYSICAL & OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a physically active position.

Candidates must be able to:

Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift. Repeatedly bend, reach, twist, push, and pull. Go up and down stairs when necessary. Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs independently . Participate in moving heavier items using team lifting and/or appropriate equipment. Safely move furniture such as tables and chairs. Perform repetitive cleaning and sanitizing tasks. Work with commercial cleaning chemicals while following applicable safety instructions, SDS guidelines, and PPE requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older .

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, clubs, restaurants, or facility maintenance is preferred. Experience moving furniture or supporting events is a plus. Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail. Must follow VHR LLC procedures and quality standards. Functional English and Spanish required to understand work and safety instructions and communicate when necessary with supervisors or facility staff. Must have reliable transportation to and from work , including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. SAFETY All team members are responsible for working safely, following VHR LLC policies and procedures, properly using cleaning equipment and chemicals, and immediately reporting any unsafe condition, accident, damage, or identified risk to the supervisor.
