We are an established exterior cleaning company serving the Palm Harbor / Pinellas County area for over 10 years. We specialize in pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, house washing, paver sealing, driveway cleaning, pool cage cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. This is not a basic helper position. We are looking for someone with real field experience who can lead jobs, protect customer property, communicate professionally, and help us maintain a high standard of quality. Responsibilities As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for: Leading daily exterior cleaning jobs Performing pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and paver sealing services Setting up and breaking down job sites properly Loading, inspecting, and maintaining equipment Mixing and applying cleaning solutions safely Protecting plants, landscaping, windows, screens, fixtures, and customer property Communicating professionally with customers before, during, and after jobs Taking before and after photos Managing job quality from start to finish Helping train and guide assistant technicians Keeping the truck, trailer, tools, and equipment organized Following company systems, safety procedures, and job notes Reporting issues, upsell opportunities, and job updates to the office Requirements The right person should have: Experience in pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, or paver sealing A valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Ability to lift equipment, pull hoses, climb ladders when needed, and stay on your feet Strong attention to detail Good customer service skills Reliable transportation Ability to show up on time and work full days A professional attitude Willingness to follow systems and be coached Preferred Experience Preferred, but not required: Experience with soft wash systems Experience with roof cleaning pumps Experience using surface cleaners Experience with paver sealing Experience driving a truck and trailer Experience leading a helper or small crew Familiarity with job management apps like Housecall Pro Pay Competitive pay based on experience. Strong, experienced candidates who can lead jobs, protect equipment, produce quality work, and represent the company well will have room to grow. Schedule Full-time position. Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on workload and weather.
