Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Sovereign Commercial Services is a leader in the PA, NY and NJ area, and we are now in FLORIDA. We are a full serviced facility cleaning company and have a great part-time evening shift opportunity for candidates in the area. About This Role We are hiring a Custodian/Cleaning Associate to join our growing team at Sovereign Commercial Services, Inc. at a Client in Palmetto, FL.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at client locations Follow all safety protocols and procedures Work independently with minimal supervision Communicate effectively with site contacts and team members

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass background check and drug screening Able to stand, stoop, bend, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs

Schedule & Pay:

Part-Time Evening positions available Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm Competitive pay: $16.00-$17.00/hour based on experience
