Zerorez is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. Our technicians provide professional cleaning services in customers' homes and businesses throughout Broward and Palm Beach County. This is a hands-on position that combines cleaning, customer service, problem-solving, and sales. No previous carpet-cleaning experience is required for the right candidate — we will provide training on our equipment, cleaning processes, and services. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can be trusted to represent our company professionally while working independently. What You'll Do Professionally clean carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, area rugs, and other surfaces using Zerorez equipment and cleaning processes. Drive a company-provided service vehicle to scheduled residential and commercial appointments. Inspect areas to be cleaned and discuss the recommended cleaning process with customers. Set up and operate professional truck-mounted and/or portable cleaning equipment. Move light furniture when necessary and protect customers' walls, floors, furniture, and belongings while working. Identify stains, spots, heavily soiled areas, and other concerns and determine the appropriate treatment. Explain additional cleaning and protection services when they would benefit the customer. Provide friendly, professional customer service from arrival through completion of the job. Collect payment and accurately complete job information after each appointment. Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, chemicals, and the company vehicle. Keep the work vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked. Communicate with management regarding scheduling, equipment issues, customer concerns, or unusual job conditions. Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable driving a work van throughout Palm Beach County. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Comfortable interacting directly with homeowners and business customers. Able to work independently and make good decisions in the field. Willing to learn new equipment, cleaning techniques, and services. Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job correctly. Comfortable recommending additional services when appropriate without using high-pressure sales tactics. Able to perform a physically active job, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying equipment, and working in Florida heat. Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. Previous experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, detailing, restoration, pressure cleaning, maintenance, delivery/service work, or another hands-on trade is helpful but not required . Compensation Pay:

Starts hourly while training and then moves to commission. Additional earning opportunities may be available based on performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and additional services sold. A Typical Day You'll start your day with a stocked Zerorez service vehicle and a schedule of customers. At each appointment, you'll introduce yourself, inspect the areas being cleaned, explain the process, complete the cleaning professionally, and make sure the customer is happy with the results before leaving. You'll spend much of your day working independently, driving between appointments, operating professional equipment, and interacting directly with customers.
