Overview Experienced Commercial Window Washer & Power Washing Technician We're Hiring - Experienced Commercial Window Washer & Power Washing Technician We are looking for a highly experienced, talented Commercial Window Washer & Power Washing Technician who knows the ins and outs of the trade and can confidently operate professional commercial cleaning equipment. This position is for someone who has real field experience , understands different cleaning methods and surfaces, knows how to properly use and maintain equipment, and can get the job done safely, efficiently, and professionally. Window Cleaning Experience The ideal candidate must have experience with: Commercial window cleaning Water-fed pole systems Traditional window-cleaning methods using squeegees, scrubbers, and professional cleaning solutions Interior and exterior glass cleaning Storefronts, commercial buildings, high-rises, and large commercial properties Cleaning difficult-to-reach windows and glass surfaces Working from ladders, lifts, rooftops, and other elevated locations Understanding different types of glass and the appropriate cleaning methods Hard-water stain and buildup removal Proper care of glass, frames, seals, and surrounding surfaces Commercial Power Washing Experience Candidates must also have strong knowledge of commercial power washing and pressure-cleaning equipment , including: Proper operation of commercial pressure washers Wands and different nozzle/tip sizes Understanding which tip, pressure, flow, and cleaning method should be used for different surfaces Concrete, sidewalks, buildings, parking garages, pavers, walls, and other commercial surfaces Surface cleaners / hovers Soft washing and low-pressure cleaning techniques Proper use of cleaning chemicals and detergents Understanding how different pressures and chemicals affect different surfaces Equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and maintenance Ability to start, operate, and shut down equipment properly Ability to identify equipment problems and perform basic troubleshooting and quick fixes Proper hose management and job-site setup What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can walk onto a job site and know what needs to be done and how to do it properly.

You should understand:

Which equipment to use → which tip to use → what pressure to use → what chemical to use → how to prepare the surface → how to clean it safely → and how to leave the finished job looking professional. The right candidate should be comfortable working with commercial equipment and should not need to be taught the basics of the trade. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial window cleaning and/or commercial power washing Strong knowledge of professional cleaning equipment Experience with water-fed window-cleaning systems Experience with commercial pressure washers, wands, tips/nozzles, and surface cleaners Ability to properly start, operate, and shut down equipment Knowledge of different surfaces and appropriate cleaning techniques Ability to work safely at heights when required Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer-service skills Valid driver's license preferred Bonus Experience Additional experience with: High-rise window cleaning Boom lifts and aerial equipment Roof cleaning Soft washing Paver cleaning and sealing Priming and sealing Building exterior cleaning Parking garage cleaning HOA and condominium properties Government and municipal properties Equipment maintenance and repairs The Bottom Line We are looking for a professional — not someone who needs to learn the trade from the ground up.
