Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in the Port Charlotte Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning over our apartments after move outs and ensuring they are move-in ready. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Pay starts at $55+ per service, you choose the jobs you take, and you get paid every week. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living environments. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and safe. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper safety techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Use janitorial and custodial experience to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize our app to communicate with our team, receive job updates, and pay Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, housekeeping management, or custodial roles is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment, and sanitation standards required for thorough apartment maintenance. Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary, including patio or balcony cleaning. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods is a plus. 18 or older Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Smartphone Must provide your own standard cleaning equipment and supplies (e.g., mop, cleaning chemicals).
