What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Community-Focused Part-Time Porter with Richman Property Services, Inc.! Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, part-time Porter with a can-do attitude to join our dynamic Maintenance team! 🧹Position:
Porter (Part-Time) 📍Location:
Cristina Woods, Riverview, FL ⏰Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, up to 29 hours per week. Schedule may vary based on position needs. ⭐Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial 🏡
