Job Description

The Janitorial/Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of all common areas within the condominium property. This position ensures residents and visitors enjoy a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and recreational facilities. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces. Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management. Perform light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or changing air filters, as assigned. Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked. Assist with setting up and cleaning community rooms for meetings or events. Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from management. Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Pay Rate; Up to $23 DOE
