Campus Cleanliness & Daily Care Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces. Empty trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal. Restock restroom and classroom supplies. Clean windows, doors, and interior glass. Safety & Stewardship Maintain a safe environment by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance needs. Follow all safety guidelines regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment. Lock and unlock buildings according to school schedules. Assist with emergency cleanups (spills, accidents, weather-related issues). Help maintain a campus atmosphere that reflects respect, order, and Christian stewardship. Support for School Ministry & Events Set up and break down rooms for chapel, assemblies, meetings, and special events. Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed. Assist with deliveries and storage organization. Ensure spaces are prepared for daily instruction and ministry activities. Outdoor & Grounds Care (If assigned) Maintain walkways, entry areas, and outdoor common spaces. Remove debris and assist with seasonal tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in custodial or maintenance work helpful. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
