PM Hourly:
$17.00 per hour Reliable transportation required Key Responsibilities
•
Floor Care:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, hallways, and common areas.
•
Sanitation:
Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, sinks, and high-touch surfaces like doorknobs and handrails.
•
Waste Management:
Empty trash bins, replace liners, and move waste or recyclables to designated disposal areas.
• Industrial/Specialized Tasks (if applicable): Remove thick sealant residue, clean machinery or protective robot bags, and maintain tidy industrial workspaces.
•
Safety & Compliance:
Follow OSHA guidelines, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and report facility maintenance issues or hazards to management. Requirements & Qualifications
•
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds during an 8-hour shift.
•
Work Ethic:
Punctual attendance, dependable transport, and the ability to work independently or on a team with minimal supervision.
